Harderson Crafts operates a 5,000-square-meter manufacturing facility and specializes in producing fragrance, decor, and beauty packaging products. Our offerings are prominently featured on the shelves of renowned retailers such as Francesca's, Kohl's, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Next, and The Body Shop. Our core clientele includes design & branding firms, manufacturers, and wholesalers primarily from the United States and Europe. We partner with these customers, who boast strong marketing presence in their domestic markets, to provide them with high-quality fragrance, decor, and beauty packaging solutions tailored to their needs.

Our 800 employees are focused on the following two major categories: home fragrance and decor, including candles, glasses, candle holders, candle-making jars, glass jars, perfume bottles, diffuser bottles, room sprays, vases, home accents, and other home decor accessories. We can also provide bathroom accessories, perfume packaging, cream and lotion packaging, skincare package, lip and eye beauty packaging, plastic bottle, spray bottle, lotion bottle, and soap dispenser.

Over the years, customers have had quite different and specific needs in sizes, shapes, materials, and decorations on their private-label programs. All these kept us growing and gave us the eyes to oversee quite complicated and challenging programs spanning fragrance, decor, and beauty categories.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our Quality & Technical Support department consists of 10 skilled professionals dedicated to ensuring product excellence. Equipped with advanced testing devices, we conduct vacuum leak tests, thermal shock tests, salt spray tests, pressure & tensile tests, abrasion resistance tests, and thermal cycle tests in our own lab. Strictly adhering to AQL standards, we perform sampling inspections and provide detailed English reports. Continuous improvement is key - we regularly train our team to maintain high expertise and efficiency. Committed to precision and quality, we support your trust in every product.
Quality Control Procedures
Our rigorous quality management process ensures product excellence at every stage. Raw materials are inspected upon arrival, followed by in-process checks during production. Finished goods undergo comprehensive testing using advanced equipment, adhering to AQL sampling standards. Non-conforming products are isolated and analyzed for root causes. All test results are documented in detailed English reports.
